Characteristics and Advantages
1. Excellent thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity coefficient is as high as 350-900 w/(m-k) (equivalent to 2 to 4 times that
of copper and 3 to 6 times that of aluminum), with a 40% lower thermal resistance than aluminum and a 20% lower thermal
resistance than copper.
2. Low specific gravity: 1.3-1.5 g/cm3 (density equivalent to 1/4 to 1/10 of copper and 1/1.3 to 1/3 of aluminum).
3. Low thermal resistance, flexible and easy to cut (can be bent repeatedly).
4. Ultra-thin: thickness between 0.07-0.5mm.
5. The surface can be combined with other materials such as metal, plastic, and adhesive labels to meet more design functions
